The touristic potential of this contrasted region where mountains hug the sea is enormous but it is true that the precarity of the infrastructures, essentially the roads, doesn’t encourage discovery!
And yet!....
ANTSIRANANA or Diego-Suarez are one of the most beautiful landscapes of Madagascar.
ANTSIRANANA, which means in Malagasy “the Harbour”, is perched on a headland which dominates a beautiful natural roadstead considered one of the prettiest in the world after Rio de Jameiro in Brazil and leaving behind those of Sydney or Halong. |

| From Nosy Be, we have at your disposal two different ways to join Diégo-Suarez: |

 A 5 day cruise on our catamaran the “OcéAnge” through the Archipelago of the Mitsio, Nosy Lava, Cape St Sebastien, and the bay of Courrier- meeting two small villages of fishermen at the end of the world, Ampasindava and Ilomotro. From there you’ll be taken in charge by our reception group from Antsiranana for a 3 to 5 days discovery-stay in this wondeful region_ excusions in 4x4 with guide.

We drive you by fast vedette boat to Ankifi on the Great Island, opposite Nosy Be, where our reception group with a 4x4 vehicule will bring you to Antsiranana by road, via Ambilobe and the reserve of ANKARANA.

| It is also possible to organise these transfers in the other way for travellers who would like to finish their Diego-Suarez journey by a few days of balnear vacations in Nosy be. |

 Ramena beach: a charming fishermen village and a beautiful beach; combined with another excursions, it is a very appreciated stop for lunch. |
The 3 bay tour: first the Bay of Sakalava, then the Bay of the pigeons and at last the Bay of the Dunes, with the Emerauld sea in the backround. This tour can be done in Quad or VTT. |

The Emeraud sea: a crumb of Polynesia fallen in Madagascar, but the sometimes the very heavy swell of the July and August sea can make your trip pretty colorful!
Windsor Castle: a 300 meters high imposing fortified rock mass. The view from the top is of a rare beauty by sundown. But beware of the stairs!
The National Parc of the Amber Mountain: beautiful walks through the forest. Plan a whole day to discover this exemplary of humid tropical forest between about 800 and 1475 meters, water falls, luxurious nature, orchids. A few species of endemic fauna- Chameleons, birds and butterflies in a majestic and restful environment |

Red Tsyingy of Irodo: a quite extraordinary site. An aeria of karstic relief bristled with spines of some 100 meters high shaped by the wind and the tropical inclemencies.
Special reserve of Ankara (meaning “rocks “in Malagasy): a very nice excursion with some tsingy. Nature and trekking lovers can camp and walk there for several days.
